Aloha and welcome to the Health Benefits page.

This page goes into detail on every ingredient we currently use in our recipes.

You will see a couple references next to each ingredient, one being (Elemental Taste), & the other being (Energy).

(Elemental Taste) refers to the (Elemental Taste) of each ingredient, as (Energy) relates to the the (Energy) each ingredient has on the body. For example, Cacao is Bitter in Taste and Heating in Energy.

When we create our recipes we combine & balance all of the (Elemental Tastes) together which offers the customer a balanced food following ancient food combining techniques used for thousands of years.

We hope this page gives you a deeper understanding of how we combine all the superfoods and specialty ingredients in our recipes, and why.

   Thank You & Aloha.
